Dots on the screen after transferring data

Hello so I work at a tech store and today a client came with an IPhone 11 with dots (as seen in the photos). She owned this IPhone 11 and wanted to transfer her things to an IPhone she already had (IPhone 15 Pro) that had no dots. When it started transferring, the dots appeared on the 15 Pro. Also, when I moved the phone around, the dots moved too. According to her, it fell on the ground and the dots appeared, but what I find odd is that the new phone (15 pro) didn't have the dots until all the data was transferred into it, making me believe it was something in the settings or an app. Is this a settings thing? I search everywhere on the settings, asked AI and tried everything it says but nothing worked. I'm just sure it isn't a display thing because it didn't have the dots until the transfer.
