Can you customize home screens to only be for one wallpaper?

basically is there a way to add widgets and pictures to your home screens so it only shows up when you have a certain wallpaper in use? so far i’ve only been able to have it change for every single wallpaper and i want to be able to have my old layout without having to change it everytime
